What makes us different
We have to know where to start, we do this by finding your fitness level through a benchmark workout. By doing this we can give you a program that is tailored to your needs.
Currently we work out of Picture Hills Fitness & Staley Farms Golf Club. We also offer in home training, we also do private group training in home.
With the weather getting cold in the park meetings are based upon weather, contact for more info!
Our approach is age old & works for everyone. There is no magic pill that is going to fulfil your goals! It is work & dedication no matter your fitness level.

Looking for a way to get healthy & fit? You have come to the right place! Let us help you reach your goals in a safe & efficient manner. We take a personal approach with you addressing goals, nutrition, program needs, &  any possible issues or concerns that arise. Cookie cutter workouts from magazines or the internet do not work for everyone & can discourage you from reaching your goals.

Whether it is fat loss, strength training, sports specific, new workout program or just to help familiarize yourself with safe technique let us help. Whatever your goals may be - you can hit them!
